Change of mind

We don't offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, including if you choose the wrong size. Please check our Size Guide before you order, and email us if you'd like help with sizing.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If there's a problem with your order

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or significantly different from its description, email oatstudio498@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll work with you on a remedy, and we'll cover return postage for accepted claims.
